Just because we are social distancing, it doesn’t mean you can’t see what cheese is in stock, what cheese is looking best, and still work with your favorite cheesemonger to provide recommendations.   • Video conference with your own personal cheesemonger
  • Pay by phone
  • In AUSTIN: Find a numbered parking spot in front of the shop or cheese house parking lot and follow signs.
  • Outside of AUSTIN: We ship via UPS.
  • Why virtual cheesemongering? If you can't come in to taste it, the next best thing is seeing it. Additionally, this is the only way to get access to all the offerings our shop has at that exact moment.Need cheese more quickly? Know what you want? Trust us to pick?
