  • Video conference with your own personal cheesemonger
  • Pay by phone
  • In AUSTIN: Find a numbered parking spot in front of the shop or cheese house parking lot and follow signs.
  • Outside of AUSTIN: We ship via UPS.
  • Why virtual cheesemongering? If you can't come in to taste it, the next best thing is seeing it.
