Cancellation Policy

- Full refund to a gift card or credit card if cancelled a full 7 Days prior to the event start time.

- 75% refund on an Antonelli's Cheese digital gift card if cancelled 1-7 days prior to the class start time.

- No Refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start time of class. However, you may elect to pick up your cheese plate at the cheese shop the day immediately following the class. Product should be consumed that day.

Because of recent health safety concerns regarding COVID-19, we are updating our cancellation policy for the near future. If you are sick or showing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you stay home. We will offer a 100% credit to a future class as long as you notify us by 10am the day of the event. (Obviously, the more advance notice, the better.) Additionally, if you cancel more than 7 days in advance, we'd be grateful if you'd take a 100% credit to a future event (versus requesting a full refund; however, we can provide the refund if needed). We anticipate a big decline in business and cash flow (ie money already received) and your credit can go towards payroll and other expenses. Thank you all for your support and understanding!
