The Roth Kase company was established by Oswald Roth in 1863 after immigrating to the States from Switzerland, with a focus on producing importing the Swiss classic, Emmentaler. Throughout the years, Roth Kase has been producing high quality cheeses, made from locally sourced Wisconsin cow's milk.
