We’re All In This Together

As Austin juggles the only "essential travel" mandate and continues to slowly re-open businesses, we are continuing to operate as an essential business. Knowing that we provide an alternative to packed stores and have thousands of pounds of proteins in stock, as well as a commitment to the farmers and artisans we represent, we are continuing to operate. We curbside pickup time slots open daily 10-7 for processing online and phone orders, as well as virtual monger appointments. Order and schedule online, noting that our daily pickup slots fill up quickly. (You cannot walk up and place an order, nor are we allowing any foot traffic in the shop.) We are delivering curbside into trunks. It is our goal to continue providing Austin with food and ingredients it needs, supporting farmers and artisans through this hard time, and keeping our team employed - all safely.

We are still selling lots of cheese! Thank you Austin (and friends beyond!) so much for your continued support and efforts to keep us around. Know that we constantly monitor updates from the WHO, CDC, and City of Austin. Your safety - and that of our team - remains paramount. Because we operate as a grocery, we feel a duty and the opportunity to continue offering healthy food that keeps artisans, makers, and our team employed. We have worked tirelessly to innovate and adapt. Although the shop is closed to walk-in traffic, we’ve now offered more ways than ever for you to get your cheese (and meat, wine, bread, etc.) fix - and support us in the process.

Our hearts and prayers go out to those whose health has been compromised or worse. That’s the number one priority of our communities. Secondly, we are concerned for all the folks impacted professionally. While I suspect that there are few people not negatively impacted, there are many who are in danger of going out of business. In fact, we’re seeing colleagues go out of business in other cities. So - we encourage and invite you to continue supporting your local shops, restaurants, and retail. THANK YOU for rallying to keep folks like us in business!
