Named after Larry and Clara Hedrich, LaClare Farms was born in the late 1970's. The couple turned this hobby farm into a goat milk operation shortly after. The high quality milk from their farm, along with surrounding farms, creates their line of delicious, award winning cheeses. Their fresh goat cheese (chevre) is delicate and mild, with a slightly sweet tanginess. Best drizzled with balsamic vinegar or topped with a jelly!
