Shawn and Lauren Askinosie are incredible chocolate makers. They work directly with the farmers (including profit sharing) to source the best beans. Then they do their best work to allow the essence of that bean to speak through their chocolate bars. Take care to pay attention to the nuance of the flavors coming from this MABABU bar.
