Made with an authentic, old world Gouda recipe, the equipment and cultures are all imported from Holland, right down to the pine boards the cheese is aged on. The rBGH-free cow’s milk couldn't be fresher, being piped directly from the first milking of the day into the cheesemaking room. This cheese is aged around 2-4 months, and is sweet and milky with a luscious smooth texture.
